We’re madly, deeply in love with food, sunshine and people who aren’t full of baloney.
We’re madly, deeply in love with food, sunshine and people who aren’t full of baloney.
We constantly work to find the best suppliers both local and foreign with our fruits, vegetables and meat and dairy originating within a 50km radius of our outlet or, when better, flown in from overseas 48hrs before being prepared for our customers.
All of our products are certified Halal and our suppliers undergo regular inspections by us to ensure they are maintaining the high standards we demand of them.
At Panifico, we want to create products that our customers fall in love with and miss when they’re away- something to make the workday that little bit better.
We’ve all worked really hard to bring you Panifico and will continue to positively evolve our outlet and our products. We very much hope you enjoy our labour of love.
We use only the best products we can find.
We make it all fresh in each store daily.
We don’t take short-cuts.
And when the day’s done, we do it all over again.

After developing several concepts over many years in London and New York, I started Panifico with a very simple goal:
bring the best of the best together to create a home-grown concept with food that was quick, affordable, fresh and bursting with the flavour that only home-made cooking and quality ingredients can bring.
Only with genuine passion can restauranteurs have a hope of creating the best products. The food business shouldn’t be driven by profits - it should be driven by passion. The profits come through solid business management, not skimping on quality, portions, over-charging and taking shortcuts.
Sure, it's much harder to make our products by hand, without a central kitchen, in house, and throughout the day, but there's no other way to do our ingredients justice.
The truth is, there are no shortcuts to doing things right in life. That's what my Grandpa taught me. And all of us here hope that this comes through on the very first bite.
